J.J. has said that Monstrous is not the movie's title. Good. Because Monstrous plays into my worst fears about this movie. That it's little more than a geek-hip Bert I. Gordon potboiler. Little more than 8 Legged Freaks. And I want it to be more than that. Much.
Poster's a gas,though.

it's a haunting image, that's for sure. i'm a little surprised no-one's complaining about it, in this post 9/11 America we live in.

Maybe it's just me or I should rewatch the trailer again ,but I did notice when the head shows up, it's disproportionate. I expected it to be a lot bigger.
